Quest Atlantis Reference Group

In August 2002 selected teachers and schools were offered a place in the reference group for Quest Atlantis. Teachers, technology advisors and education officers from Queensland, NSW and the Northern Territory are taking up the roles in this group. The teachers undertook training workshops run by The Indiana University designers and developers of Quest Atlantis. They experimented with the student activities, communications and teacher tools in Quest Atlantis and established a support network for their own professional development. The brief for the reference group is to explore the technological, social and curricular relevance of Quest Atlantis for Australian students and schools.
